We are looking for a data-driven and experienced SEO Specialist with a minimum of 2 years of professional experience to lead our organic growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on expert in on-page, off-page, and technical SEO, capable of translating complex data into actionable strategies that improve search rankings and drive qualified traffic.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to significantly improve organic search visibility and performance.
  • Optimization: Conduct in-depth keyword research and competitive analysis, and implement effective content optimization across the website.
  • Off-Page SEO: Design and execute high-quality link-building strategies and other off-page tactics to increase domain authority.
  • Technical SEO: Identify, diagnose, and resolve technical SEO issues, including site speed optimization, crawl errors, broken links, and mobile responsiveness.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Utilize tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, and Ahrefs to monitor website performance, track key metrics, generate insightful reports, and recommend data-backed improvements.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the content, design, and web development teams to ensure all website updates and launches adhere to SEO best practices.
  • Trend Monitoring: Stay current with the latest search engine algorithm updates (Google) and industry trends, proactively adjusting strategies as necessary.

What You Bring

  • Experience: 2+ years of hands-on experience in SEO and digital marketing (Required).
  • Expertise: Strong, demonstrable knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO techniques.
  • Tool Proficiency: Expertise in using industry-leading SEO tools, including SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, and Screaming Frog.
  • Technical Skills: A basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript as they relate to SEO implementation and optimization.
  • Analytical Mindset: Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills with a commitment to a data-driven approach.
  • Bonus Skills: Experience with Local SEO and/or E-commerce SEO is a significant plus.
