Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced SEO Expert to lead our search engine optimization strategy and ensure strong organic growth across all digital channels. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SEO best practices, proven experience in driving organic traffic, improving SERP rankings, and optimizing content for search performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective SEO strategies (on-page, off-page, and technical).
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and performance audits to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Optimize website architecture, content, and internal linking to maximize search visibility.
  • Manage link-building strategies to improve domain authority and search ranking.
  • Collaborate with content and web development teams to implement SEO recommendations.
  • Track, analyze, and report on website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog.
  • Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, search algorithm changes, and industry best practices.
  • Plan and execute local SEO, technical SEO, and mobile optimization initiatives.
  • Drive measurable growth in organic traffic, keyword rankings, and conversions.
  • Provide SEO insights to guide content strategy and paid marketing efforts.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, IT, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of proven SEO experience (preferably in an agency or fast-growing digital environment).
  • Strong understanding of Google algorithms, keyword research tools, and SEO analytics platforms.
  • Expertise in on-page SEO, technical SEO, off-page SEO, and content optimization.
  • Proficiency with tools: Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Moz, etc.
  • Experience with WordPress, Shopify, or other CMS platforms.
  • Working knowledge of HTML/CSS and website structure optimization.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.

Job Type: Full-time
