Key Responsibilities

Strategic HR Leadership

  • Develop and execute HR strategies that align with organizational objectives and support business expansion.
  • Act as a strategic partner to senior leadership on organizational design, workforce planning, and human capital priorities.
  • Lead change management initiatives and support transformation programs across the organization.

Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning

  • Drive recruitment strategies to attract, hire, and retain top talent across all functions.
  • Build robust talent pipelines and succession plans for critical roles.
  • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion throughout hiring and workforce planning processes.

Performance Management & Capability Development

  • Oversee the implementation of performance management frameworks that promote accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Identify capability gaps and design learning and development initiatives to upskill employees.
  • Lead leadership development, coaching, and career progression programs to build internal talent strength.
