Job Description Ciklum is looking for a Head of HR to join our team full-time in India. We are a custom product engineering company that supports both multinational organizations and scaling startups to solve their most complex business challenges. About the role: The Head of HR India will lead the HR function for the India office, managing a team of HR professionals. The role covers the full HR cycle onboarding, performance management, career development, compensation & benefits, employee relations, and employee engagement. In addition, the Head of HR India will play a key role in leading HR integration initiatives for newly acquired companies in India, ensuring smooth alignment of people, processes, and policies. The Head of HR India will act as a strategic partner to business leaders, while ensuring operational excellence, compliance with Indian labor laws, and alignment with Ciklum's global HR strategy. This position requires a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, with strong expertise in Indian labor law, employee relations, and people development. Responsibilities: Strategic HR Partnership: - Serve as the primary HR point of contact for India leadership - Drive and execute HR initiatives aligned with global strategy and local business needs - Partner with global HR and CoE teams to adapt global programs to the Indian context HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle: - Oversee the entire employee lifecycle in India: onboarding, development, engagement, retention, and offboarding. - Ensure smooth onboarding and integration of new hires. - Manage exit processes and provide insights to improve employee experience. - Lead payroll, HR administration, and benefits vendor management, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
