
Front Office Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support front desk staff during shifts.
- Ensure smooth and efficient check-in and check-out processes.
- Handle guest complaints and resolve service issues promptly and professionally.
- Monitor room availability and ensure accurate reservations and billing.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments for room status updates.
- Train and mentor new front office staff in procedures, systems, and customer service.
- Conduct shift briefings and ensure staff are aware of VIPs, special requests, and promotions.
- Maintain accurate cash handling, billing, and daily audit procedures.
- Ensure adherence to hotel policies, procedures, and brand standards.
- Assist in scheduling, shift planning, and performance evaluation.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
