Job Summary:

We're looking for a talented and experienced Senior Designer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their design expertise and a keen eye for detail. You'll be responsible for creating visually stunning designs that meet our brand's standards and exceed client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create high-quality design concepts, visuals, and layouts for various mediums, including digital and print

  • Develop and maintain our brand's visual identity, ensuring consistency across all marketing materials

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and development, to ensure design aligns with business objectives

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design principles, and emerging technologies

  • Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback to help them grow

  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality work

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in graphic design, visual design, or a related field

  • Strong portfolio showcasing your design expertise and creativity

  • Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)

  • Excellent understanding of design principles, color theory, typography, and composition

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with UI/UX design, web design, or motion graphics

  • Knowledge of design systems and style guides

  • Familiarity with design tools like Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD

  • Experience working in a fast-paced agency or startup environment
