Join us as a

· Implement the prevention of labor risks defining structures, functions, procedures, documentation and training to provide safe conditions and promote safe behaviors for employees in the assigned Branch.

· Implement the Prevention Plan throughout the Branch, in compliance with the appropriate legislation.

· Conduct risk evaluation of all works, work groups and processes of installation and maintenance in the Branch.

· Prepare Safety and Health statistics and propose improvement actions to Branch management.

• Conduct Tool Box Talks and provide hands on training on the field – Demonstration and Practical Training to increase knowledge on awareness on Safety.
• Carry out/support investigations for any safety violations/incidents/accidents. Prepare reports. Take corrective actions. Report to Management Team.

For this Safety & Health position, Schindler seeks people with:

Expertise

Desired experience leading safety areas in elevator and escalator or construction industries for at least five years.

Knowledge and Skills

Desired Organization and Planning skills, elevator and escalator industry knowledge –product, field-, safety & health procedures knowledge, IT skills, English skills, Schindler Leadership Framework

Education

BE or Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical), Diploma/Certification in Safety
