
Business Development Executive – RCM

Job Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the RCM sector, targeting healthcare providers, hospitals, and clinics.
- Conduct market research to understand trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term success and repeat business.
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, attending industry events, and using CRM tools.
- Deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Provide regular updates to leadership on pipeline, forecasts, and client feedback.
Requirements:
- 06 months of experience in business development or sales in the RCM/healthcare BPO space.
- Strong understanding of the healthcare revenue cycle including medical billing, coding, AR follow-up, and denial management.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month
