Process Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and monitor day-to-day processes to ensure smooth workflow.
- Take ownership of follow-ups with internal teams, clients, and vendors until closure.
- Act as a communication bridge between departments to ensure clarity and timely updates.
- Maintain trackers, reports, and process documentation in an accurate and organized way.
- Identify gaps or delays in processes and escalate when required.
- Support management in implementing process improvements and ensuring compliance.
- Prepare MIS reports, trackers, and share status updates with management regularly.
Required Skills:
- Strong follow-up skills with persistence to ensure task completion.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) / Google Sheets.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
Team player with proactive approach.
