The key responsibilities of this role would include:-

Back Office:

  • Overseeing the submission of claims to ensure accuracy and timeliness
  • Managing the claim settlement process to ensure efficient and effective resolution    - Identifying and addressing any bottlenecks or issues in the claims process
  • Coordinating with front office staff to ensure seamless communication and efficient processes
  • Implementing process improvements to enhance the overall patient experience

having a dedicated manager for the back office and front office operations Desk would help to:

  • Improve the efficiency and accuracy of claims submission and settlement
  • Enhance the patient experience in the IPD
  • Streamline communication and processes between the front office and back-office teams

Back Office department like.

  • CGHS - OPD & IPD
  • SGSH -IPD
  • ECHS -OPD & IPD
  • ESI - OPD & IPD
  • TPA - IPD
  • ONGC/UPCL/UVJNL/POWER GRAD/FCI/ICAR/BSNL- IPD

Candidate Should be experienced in healthcare/hospital

Immediate Joiner Required

Prior experience with TPA insurance processes
