Role Objective
To support the Corporate Finance Member in ensuring accurate maintenance of management books of accounts, timely reconciliation with statutory/organizational books, and preparation of financial reports for decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update management books of accounts on a timely basis.
- Ensure proper classification and recording of financial transactions.
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing of accounts.
- Perform reconciliation of management books with organizations statutory books of accounts.
- Investigate variances and ensure corrective actions are taken.
- Coordinate with other finance team members for timely data collection.
- Prepare schedules and statements for management reporting.
- Support in variance analysis between management and statutory accounts.
- Assist in MIS preparation and financial presentations.
- Ensure compliance with internal accounting policies and standards.
- Support internal/external audit requirements by providing reconciliations and documentation.
- Assist Corporate Finance Member in day-to-day operations.
- Handle ad-hoc financial data requests for management review.
- Maintain confidentiality and integrity of financial information.
