Role Objective

To support the Corporate Finance Member in ensuring accurate maintenance of management books of accounts, timely reconciliation with statutory/organizational books, and preparation of financial reports for decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update management books of accounts on a timely basis.
  • Ensure proper classification and recording of financial transactions.
  • Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing of accounts.
  • Perform reconciliation of management books with organizations statutory books of accounts.
  • Investigate variances and ensure corrective actions are taken.
  • Coordinate with other finance team members for timely data collection.
  • Prepare schedules and statements for management reporting.
  • Support in variance analysis between management and statutory accounts.
  • Assist in MIS preparation and financial presentations.
  • Ensure compliance with internal accounting policies and standards.
  • Support internal/external audit requirements by providing reconciliations and documentation.
  • Assist Corporate Finance Member in day-to-day operations.
  • Handle ad-hoc financial data requests for management review.
  • Maintain confidentiality and integrity of financial information.
