Key Responsibilities
- Build and enhance modules for PCT Flex, our full-stack manufacturing cloud platform.
- Write clean, object-oriented code in the language you're best at (JavaScript, Python, Java, C#, etc.).
- Collaborate with a global team to solve real business problems.
- Debug, troubleshoot, and own the code you write.
- Continuously improve your craft — learn, grow, and contribute meaningfully.
Must-Have Skills
- Solid grasp of programming fundamentals, object-oriented design, and problem-solving.
- Mastery in at least one language — the language doesn't matter, your ability does.
- Grit, focus, and a relentless attitude toward improving your skills and getting things done.
Nice to Have
- Full-stack experience with any programming stack
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline is enough.
