Job Title: Structural Engineer- Manufacturing – Navi Mumbai

We are looking for a highly skilled Structural Engineer with at least 3 years of experience in structural analysis and design. The ideal candidate should be proficient in STAAD.Pro, possess thorough knowledge of IS and EURO Codes, and demonstrate strong expertise in seismic analysis and design. This role involves working on diverse projects, ensuring compliance with international standards and delivering robust, safe, and cost-effective
structural solutions.

Job Responsibility

• Perform structural analysis and design using STAAD.Pro, with a focus on both static and dynamic (seismic) loads.

• Design and detail structural components for infrastructure projects.

• Apply and interpret relevant IS Codes, EURO Codes, and seismic design provisions (e.g., IS 800, IS 801, IS 1893, IS16700).

• Prepare design reports, calculation sheets, and technical documentation.

• Review structural drawings and ensure accuracy and feasibility of the designs.

• Keep updated with changes in codes, materials, and structural technologies.

• Proficient in AutoCAD; knowledge of Revit and BIM is an added advantage.

• Strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.

Target Industry: Construction/Engineering Industry

Mandatory :

• Minimum 3 years of proven experience in structural design and analysis.

• Strong command of STAAD.Pro software.

• In-depth understanding of IS Codes (e.g., IS 800, IS 801, IS 1893, IS16700).

• Familiarity with EURO Codes and international design standards.

• Solid experience in seismic design and calculations.

• Good knowledge of construction practices, structural detailing, and material behavior.

Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Civil/ Mechanical/ Structural Engineering.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Licensed or Chartered Engineer status is desirable.

• Experience in high-rise, industrial, or infrastructure projects.
