Bengaluru, Karnataka, India OPUS Architects Full time ₹ 3,50,000 - ₹ 5,00,000 per year

To do all the general accounting functions, accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and taxes
• Prepare quarterly and year-end financial audit activities and the annual corporate financial controls audit
• Work with external auditors to ensure correct and timely closing and reporting at financial year-end
• Prepare and do the necessary filing of all Statutory taxes e.g., GST, Income Tax, Professional Tax, ESI, PF and TDS.
• Reconcile all bank accounts and resolves all issues in processes.
• Preparation of project proposals
• Prepare and disperse Client invoices and document it in the system.
• Follow up on accounts receivables and update records as required.
• Maintain project wise payment tracker
• Taking care of bills and purchase orders
• Manage and prepare cash flow reports.
• Manage payrolls and prepare reports of payrolls on monthly basis.

  • Recruit and hire new employees

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹350, ₹500,000.00 per year
