Position Summary

We are seeking
Fresh Electronics Service / Repair Technicians
who are enthusiastic about starting their career in industrial electronics repair. This role is designed for
ITI, Diploma, or Graduate pass-outs
with basic electronics knowledge and a passion to learn. Candidates will be trained under senior technicians, gaining practical experience in PCB repair, troubleshooting, and maintenance of industrial electronic equipment. This is an excellent opportunity to begin your career with hands-on learning in a professional and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist senior technicians in repairing and maintaining industrial electronic instruments.
  • Learn basic soldering and PCB-level repair tasks.
  • Support in troubleshooting and identifying common issues in electronic equipment.
  • Follow established repair processes and maintain quality standards.
  • Document daily repair activities and maintain records.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workbench and tools.
  • Stay open to continuous learning and training in advanced repair techniques.

Requirements / Qualifications

  • ITI / Diploma / B.E. in Electrical, Electronics, or related field (Freshers welcome).
  • Basic knowledge of electronic circuits and components.
  • Willingness to learn soldering and handling of PCBs.
  • Strong interest in electronics repair and service industry.
  • Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and detail-oriented.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to follow instructions and learn quickly.
