Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated
fresher candidates
from
Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Production / Mechatronics)
or
ITI trades (Fitter / Turner / Machinist / Electrician, etc.)
to join our manufacturing team as
Machine Operators
. The selected candidates will be responsible for operating and maintaining machines on the shop floor under supervision, following safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate machines such as CNC, VMC, injection molding, press machines, or other production equipment based on training provided.
  • Monitor machine operation to detect issues or deviations from standards.
  • Perform basic maintenance tasks like cleaning, lubrication, and inspection of machines.
  • Load raw materials and unload finished products as per process requirements.
  • Maintain production logs and records accurately.
  • Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and safety guidelines.
  • Assist in line changeover and setup under the guidance of a senior operator or supervisor.
  • Report any equipment malfunction or production issues immediately.
  • Keep the workstation clean and organized (5S compliance).

Qualifications & Eligibility

  • Education:

  • ITI (Fitter, Turner, Machinist, Electrician, etc.)

  • Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / Production / Engineering

  • Experience:

  • Fresher (0–1 years experience)

  • Skills Required:

  • Basic understanding of mechanical or electrical systems

  • Willingness to work in shifts (day/night)
