Candidate Profile:

Education:

  • Full-time MBA (Finance) or Chartered Accountant (CA) or B.Com (Hons) from a reputed Tier-1 college/university with 1st Division

Experience:

  • 1 to 3 years of proven experience working as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role supporting senior leadership (preferably in Finance)

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong data analytics skills with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word,Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Strong organizational, planning, and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Organize & Plan Key Milestones Strategically plan and coordinate all important quarterly and annual milestones, including:

  2. High-level meetings

  3. Business reviews
  4. Stakeholder connect sessions

  5. Special events and strategic discussions

  6. Approval Process Management Oversee and ensure smooth execution of the CFOs approval processes:

  7. Maintain accuracy and timeliness of all approvals

  8. Identify and implement process improvements

  9. Drive automation initiatives to streamline approval workflows wherever possible

  10. Finance Dashboard Creation & Management – Develop and maintain insightful finance dashboards for the CFO and Finance Leadership Team (FLT):

  11. Design visually impactful reports for decision-making

  12. Ensure real-time updates and accuracy in reporting metrics

  13. Financial Reports Tracking & Automation –

  14. Monitor the timely preparation and submission of finance reports

  15. Lead and track automation projects to enhance operational efficiency
  16. Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless execution of automation initiatives
