Role & responsibilities

  • Provide strategic financial leadership and develop financial strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Oversee the preparation of financial statements, management reports, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Manage the companys capital structure, including fundraising and investor relations.
  • Monitor and manage cash flow, working capital, and financial transactions.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and financial regulations (e.g., GAAP, IFRS).
  • Lead the finance, accounting, tax, audit, and treasury functions.
  • Deliver data-driven insights and recommendations for short- and long-term planning.
  • Assess financial risks and implement effective internal controls.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to ensure financial alignment with business strategy.
  • Manage relationships with external auditors, financial institutions, investors, and regulatory bodies.
  • Identify and implement cost-efficiency initiatives and operational improvements.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Should be a Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
  • Minimum 05 years of experience in a CFO or equivalent role.
  • In-depth knowledge of corporate finance, accounting principles, and risk management.
  • Strong expertise in financial analysis, planning, and forecasting.
  • Hands-on experience in handling both statutory and internal audits.
  • Experience working in companies with international projects.

  • Prior experience working in or with government consulting projects is preferred.

  • Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills.

  • Strong leadership and communication abilities.
  • Ability to function effectively in both strategic and operational roles.
