Production Manager : (Oleoresin Extraction Plant)

Qualification: -

  • 8-10year experience in plant operation
  • Experience in solvent extraction

Job Description

  • Responsible for the entire activity pf the solvent Extraction process.
  • Responsible for the complete maintenance of SEP.
  • Managing SEP process techniques.
  • Responsible for the quality and quantity of the SEP process.
  • Providing technical support to operator.
  • Controlling the consumable usages.
  • Responsible for the safe and efficient operation of extraction equipment ensuring proper maintenance and troubleshooting any issues.
  • Ensure that plant's operation comply with all relevant environment regulation and guidelines.
  • Waste management.
  • Maintain accurate records of all extraction process and procedures.
  • Ensure timely availability of raw material and equipment.
  • Mange inventory level of raw material in process material and finished goods to minimize waste and ensure smooth operations.
  • Enforce and maintain strict adherence to safety regulatory and process through off the plant.
  • Monitor and control production cost to ensure portability.
  • Communicating operation figures to senior management.
  • Implement SOP for smooth plant operation.
