So we thought, why not solve this? Nosh is an app-driven home cooking robot that cooks 120+ dishes such as all types of Curries, Sauted Vegetables, Pulao, Pastas, Sweets, etc. automatically. It uses artificial intelligence to ensure food consistency and taste is maintained.

NOSH is built by a team from ISB Hyderabad, BITS Pilani, and IISc Bangalore alumni; and consists of ex-entrepreneurs, early-stage members of companies, and strategists from startups such as AB InBev, Flipkart, Analog Devices, Broadcom, CRED and Unacademy.

Key Responsibilities:

This is a 
full-time, on-site
 role for a 
Field Service Engineer
 based in 
Hyderabad
.

Your primary responsibility is to keep NOSH cooking robots running smoothly at customer sites through 
service, repair, and preventive maintenance
.

The 
diagnosis team
 will handle backend technical analysis and remote debugging, while you will handle the 
hands-on repair and maintenance
 work.

What You Will Do:

• Perform 
  on-site repairs
  , part replacements, and corrective maintenance of NOSH robotics systems
• Diagnose physical issues related to hardware, electronics, sensors, motors and connectors
• Execute scheduled 
  preventive maintenance
   to ensure optimal machine uptime
• Follow standard service procedures, checklists, and documentation protocols
• Coordinate with the diagnosis team for remote support when deeper analysis is required
• Maintain service logs, spare parts usage, and daily activity reports
• Ensure efficient problem resolution and maintain high customer satisfaction
• Provide basic operational guidance to customers as needed
• You will act as the 
  hands-on engineering support
   ensuring our robots perform reliably every single day.

Requirements:

• 1–4 years of experience in 
  field service
  , 
  appliance repair
  or similar roles
• Strong skills in 
  mechanical repair
  , basic electronics, wiring, connectors, sensors, motors, and actuators
• Experience with preventive maintenance and on-site hardware troubleshooting
• Ability to work independently at customer locations and solve issues with a structured approach
• Good communication skills and customer-handling ability
• Diploma or degree in 
  Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics
  , or relevant fields
• Experience or interest in robotics, automation, or hardware maintenance is a strong plus
