Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Associate Academy Operations to join our Demo Operations team. The role focuses on ensuring smooth execution of demo classes, supporting new part-time teachers during onboarding, and coordinating with educators across global time zones. You'll be central to maintaining operational efficiency, timely communication, and seamless processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Schedule, track, and monitor demo classes while resolving challenges .
  • Coordinate with teachers to confirm availability and keep slot information updated.
  • Escalate issues when required and follow up until resolution.
  • Maintain trackers, handle data entry, and support operational reporting.
  • Share timely updates with managers and team leads for decision-making.
  • Collaborate with peers to ensure smooth demo operations across regions.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline (freshers welcome to apply).
  • 0 – 3 years of experience; EdTech exposure is an advantage.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Ability to multitask and perform well in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented team player with a problem-solving mindset.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300, ₹400,000.00 per year
