Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Associate, based in Bengaluru, with flexibility for some remote work. The individual will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and driving enrollment for Codedge Academy's programs. Key responsibilities include market research, generating leads, setting up client meetings, conducting presentations, and collaborating with internal departments to align business strategies. The role will require excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills to achieve growth and drive results.

Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Proficient in market research, lead generation, and client relationship management
  • Ability to analyze data and trends to identify business opportunities
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment
  • Previous experience in sales, business development, or a related field is a plus
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline is preferred
