SUMMARY:

We are looking for a talented UI/UX Designer with at least 2 years of experience to join our dynamic team. This role offers a great opportunity for a creative and detail-oriented professional to contribute to the design and development of intuitive and engaging digital experiences.

As part of a collaborative team, you will be involved in user research, wireframing, prototyping, and visual design. You should be passionate about user-centric design and eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

We're seeking someone with a solid understanding of design principles, a creative approach to problem-solving, and a genuine interest in improving user interactions through thoughtful and well-crafted design.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand user needs and deliver design solutions that align with project goals.

Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes for web and mobile applications.

Design user-friendly interfaces with a focus on usability, responsiveness, and visual appeal.

Contribute to user research and usability testing to inform and validate design decisions.

Ensure designs follow accessibility standards and are inclusive across devices and user types.

Stay updated on UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices, and apply them to your work.

Participate in team discussions, design reviews, and brainstorming sessions.

Assist in preparing design documentation and maintaining design consistency across projects.

WHAT WE LOOK FOR IN YOU:

2+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design.

A good eye for aesthetics, layout, color, and typography.

Working knowledge of design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.

Understanding of user-centered design principles and basic design research methodologies.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.

A proactive attitude with the ability to take feedback and iterate designs accordingly.

A portfolio showcasing your design process and past work across web and mobile platforms.

Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow within a collaborative design environment.
