Job Summary:
We are looking for a professional and presentable Receptionist with 3-5 years of experience in managing front office operations. The ideal candidate should be fluent in Kannada, have excellent communication skills, and a pleasant personality to create a welcoming environment for visitors and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day front office operations efficiently and professionally.
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees with a warm and courteous attitude.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and messages; route them appropriately.
- Maintain visitor logs, appointment schedules, and meeting room bookings.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and facility teams to ensure office cleanliness and readiness.
- Manage courier services, incoming/outgoing mail, and deliveries.
- Support administrative tasks such as filing, documentation, and inventory of office supplies.
- Ensure the reception area is tidy, organized, and presentable at all times.
- Assist HR/Admin team with onboarding formalities and other support tasks.
Requirements:
- 35 years of proven experience in front office or receptionist roles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Kannada and English.
- Good interpersonal skills and a professional appearance.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Preferred Attributes:
- Pleasant personality and good grooming.
- Local language fluency (Kannada) is mandatory.
- Prior experience in a corporate or customer-facing role is a plus.
