They focus on quality control, scheduling, inventory, and enforcing safety protocols, acting as a crucial link between staff and management. Key Responsibilities:

  • Staff Management: Assigning duties, creating schedules, training new hires, and motivating the team.
  • Operations Oversight: Supervising daily cleaning, conducting inspections, and ensuring standards are met.
  • Inventory & Supplies: Ordering and managing cleaning supplies, equipment, and linens.
  • Quality Control: Performing spot checks and ensuring all areas (rooms, common areas, kitchens) meet hygiene standards.
  • Problem Solving: Addressing guest complaints, resolving staff issues, and coordinating with other departments.
  • Reporting: Preparing reports on staff performance, inventory, and operational needs.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10, ₹15,000.00 per month
