Role and Responsibilities:
  • Research potential vendors and build and maintain strong relationships with them.
  • Create and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure efficient comparison and evaluation of offers from suppliers.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors for fabrication job work and define the process of machining parts of products.
  • Collaborate with vendors for subcontracting work, ensuring smooth coordination and timely completion.
  • Track orders and oversee the delivery of quality products to achieve timely fulfillment.
  • Prepare and process requisitions and purchase orders for supplies and equipment.
  • Follow SOPs to accurately enter order details (e.g., vendors, quantities, prices) into internal databases.
  • Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information, and invoices.
  • Generate reports on purchases, including cost analyses.
  • Coordinate with the Inward, Store, and Production staff to ensure proper storage of purchased items.
  • Handle purchase documentation, ensure timely payment to vendors, and prepare relevant reports.


Candidate Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Purchase Executive or in a similar procurement role.
  • Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Good knowledge of procurement strategies and best practices.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
