Employment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time / ContractualExperience Level: 1–3 years (Freshers with relevant qualification may also apply)Role:We are seeking a passionate and empathetic Life Coach to serve as an in-school counselor, responsible for implementing and anchoring Tieke's character-building program. The role focuses on the holistic development of students, with a special emphasis on their physical, mental, and emotional wellness.

You will work closely with school leadership, teachers, and parents to ensure seamless program delivery and student well-being. Responsibilities:Act as the primary in-school facilitator for Tieke's character-building program

Conduct individual and group sessions with students to support their personal growth

Manage our AI-powered student wellness platform, which includes administering assessments, analyzing wellness data and generating insightful reports for school leaders

Lead engaging, age-appropriate workshops and classroom activities based on Tieke's curriculum on moral values, life skills and practical civics

Identify students' concerns and provide basic counseling support as needed – addressing behavioural, learning and emotional challenges

Work collaboratively with teachers and school staff to integrate wellness practices into the school ecosystem

Monitor student engagement and maintain documentation/reporting in alignment with program objectives

Conduct periodic check-ins with parents and school leaders regarding student progress and feedback.Qualifications & Skills:M.Sc. in Psychology (Clinical, Counseling, or Educational Psychology preferred)Strong interpersonal and communication skills, especially with children and adolescents

Ability to handle sensitive situations with empathy, confidentiality and professionalism

Fluency in English and Tamil is preferred

Comfortable with basic digital tools and reporting formats.Preferred Experience:1–3 years of experience working as a School Counselor, Wellness Coach or Life Skills EducatorExperience in implementing SEL (Social Emotional Learning), mental wellness, or life skills programs in schools
