Job Title: Customer Care Executive – Inbound Voice / Non-Voice (US Process)

Shift: US Rotational Shifts

Job Summary

We are hiring Customer Care Executives for an Inbound US Voice/Non-Voice process. The role involves handling customer inquiries, providing excellent service, and identifying opportunities for sales and upselling.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound calls/chats from US customers professionally
  • Understand customer needs and provide accurate information on products and services
  • Promote and upsell relevant products/services during customer interactions
  • Resolve customer queries and objections effectively
  • Update customer details and interactions in the CRM system
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction at all times

Eligibility & Requirements

  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written)
  • Experience in customer service or sales is preferred (freshers may apply if skilled)
  • Basic computer knowledge and ability to use CRM systems
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to work in US rotational shifts (including weekends/holidays)

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred)

Pay: ₹20, ₹23,000.00 per month
