We are hiring for EUC SME - L3 (Intune Expertise)

Location: MG Road, Bangalore

Mode of work: 5 days WFO

Shift Timings:24/7; Standard; 15 days rotational

Key Responsibilities Define standards: device compliance baselines, configuration policy design patterns, naming/grouping conventions.

Own roadmap: Autopilot/zero-touch (if in scope), policy modernization, migration from legacy tools (as applicable).

Automation: Graph/PowerShell automation, proactive remediation scripts, self-healing patterns.

Governance: change approvals for policy shifts, risk assessments, audit readiness.

Monitoring & reporting strategy: compliance dashboards, drift detection, exception management.

Mentor L1/L2; approve critical troubleshooting playbooks and change plans.

Required Skills Excellent communications skills

7 to 10 + years (Intune)

Skills: Intune architecture, Entra/CA, endpoint security baselines, automation expertise.

Tools: Intune, Entra ID, Graph API, PowerShell, reporting (PowerBI), ITSM

Core Skills:

Intune + Windows

Entra ID (AAD)

PowerBI for reporting

PowerShell

ITSM

Basic knowledge of Defender
