We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Payroll & Data Entry Executive / MANAGER to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate payroll records, processing employee salaries, and managing data entry tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update employee payroll records accurately.
  • Process monthly salaries, deductions, and attendance data.
  • Enter and verify employee and financial data in the system.
  • Prepare and maintain Excel sheets and payroll reports.
  • Assist HR and Accounts departments with payroll-related queries.
  • Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of all employee information.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in Payroll Processing or Data Entry (preferred).
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good communication and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Fluent English
