We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Payroll & Data Entry Executive / MANAGER to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate payroll records, processing employee salaries, and managing data entry tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update employee payroll records accurately.
- Process monthly salaries, deductions, and attendance data.
- Enter and verify employee and financial data in the system.
- Prepare and maintain Excel sheets and payroll reports.
- Assist HR and Accounts departments with payroll-related queries.
- Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of all employee information.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in Payroll Processing or Data Entry (preferred).
- Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Fluent English
Work Details:
- Job Type: Full-Time (On-site)
- Office Timing: 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM
- Location: [SECTOR 74 PHASE 8B INDUSTRIAL AREA]
