Job Description:We are looking for a detail-oriented and creative CAD & 3D Modeling Designer with strong architectural and interior design experience to join our design team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing detailed 2D drawings and high-quality 3D models for home theatre systems, media rooms, and luxury cinematic interiors.

This position requires collaboration with architects, AV engineers, interior designers, and clients to ensure each space is visually stunning and technically sound. Key Responsibilities:Create detailed CAD drawings for construction and installation of home theatre and entertainment spaces

Develop accurate and visually compelling 3D models and renderings for client presentations

Collaborate with the design and engineering teams to integrate audio-visual systems with architectural plans

Translate client requirements and mood boards into design concepts

Ensure designs comply with architectural standards, building codes, and acoustic best practices

Update and maintain project files, drawings, and documentation

Assist in site surveys and work closely with project managers and installers during execution

Qualifications:Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and other industry-standard design software

Strong knowledge of architectural drawing standards and interior design principles

Experience with 3D rendering tools such as Lumion, V-Ray, Enscape, or similar

Portfolio showcasing 3D visualizations and CAD work in residential or luxury spaces (home theatre experience preferred)Ability to read and interpret architectural blueprints and AV schematics

Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
