Job Title: Product Owner – Warehouse Management Systems

Location: Bangalore, Pune, Hyderabad (Remote/Hybrid)

Experience: ~8 years

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled Business Analyst / Product Owner with strong experience in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS). The ideal candidate will have successfully led at least two end-to-end WMS implementation projects and will play a key role in driving requirements, solution design, and stakeholder alignment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams to define, prioritize, and deliver WMS solutions.
  • Lead requirement gathering sessions, process mapping, and documentation for warehouse operations.
  • Partner with business and IT teams to design scalable and efficient WMS solutions.
  • Define and maintain the product backlog; ensure stories are well-groomed and prioritized.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of features and enhancements.
  • Support UAT, training, and change management activities for WMS rollouts.
  • Monitor KPIs and continuously drive improvements in warehouse operations through system enhancements.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 8+ years of overall experience, with strong focus on Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
  • Hands-on experience in at least 2 end-to-end WMS project implementations (design, build, and rollout).
  • Strong understanding of warehouse processes – inbound, outbound, inventory management, and logistics.
  • Proven ability to engage with senior business stakeholders and translate requirements into system capabilities.
  • Experience working in Agile environments as a Business Analyst or Product Owner.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Flexibility to work in a global delivery model, with overlapping hours to collaborate with US-based teams.

Good to Have

  • Experience with supply chain domain and integration with ERP/TMS systems.
  • Exposure to sister domains such as Transportation Management Systems (TMS), Order Management Systems (OMS), ERP Supply Chain modules, Inventory Management, and Logistics Execution.
  • Certification in Agile / Scrum (CSPO, CSM, or equivalent).
