About the Role

We are looking for a Cloud Infrastructure Engineer with strong technical curiosity and commitment to continuous learning. This role is ideal for candidates who have hands-on exposure to AWS, Azure, Tomcat, MySQL, and scripting (Batch, Shell, Python) and are eager to build a long-term career in cloud infrastructure management and automation. You will be part of a high-performance team responsible for managing and supporting critical cloud operations. The role demands dedication, ownership, discipline, and reliability to ensure seamless system performance and high availability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in configuring, managing, and maintaining cloud infrastructure on AWS and Azure platforms.
  • Install, Configure, Deploy, Monitor, and troubleshoot Tomcat servers, MySQL and MSSQL databases, Nginx, ReactJS, NodeJS and related services.
  • Develop and maintain automation scripts using Shell, Batch, and Python for operational efficiency.
  • Perform routine checks, system updates, and environment management for optimal uptime.
  • Effectively Collaborate with internal teams to resolve Cloud and Infrastructure issues promptly.
  • Ensure high availability and around-the-clock readiness for business-critical operations (including extended hours or weekends if required).
  • Maintain documentation for all configurations, incidents, and processes.
  • Adhere to company standards of security, performance, and compliance.

Required Skills & Knowledge

  • Working experience to cloud computing and related services (AWS / Azure).
  • Working experience or exposure to Linux/Windows environments. Networking, Security, Tomcat application server, MySQL, MSSQL database, Nginx, ReactJS, NodeJS and related services.
  • Familiarity with scripting languages - Batch, Shell, or Python.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical skills and willingness to work when needed.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Work Expectations

  • Work from Office (Whitefield, Bangalore)-No WFH on business days.
  • Flexible to extend support beyond standard hours and on weekends, if business demands.
  • Should demonstrate ownership, honesty, discipline, and teamwork at all times.
  • Must be committed for a long-term engagement.
