Role Overview

We are looking for a highly responsible and detail-oriented Senior Accountant Executive who can independently manage the complete accounting function of the company across all branches. The ideal candidate must be strong in accounting fundamentals, vendor coordination, branch-wise reconciliation, and audit preparation. High proficiency in Tally ERP is mandatory.

This role requires a disciplined, organized, and proactive individual who can ensure smooth financial operations across all our branches.

Key ResponsibilitiesBranch Accounting & Coordination

• Manage and monitor accounts for all company branches.
• Ensure timely communication and coordination with branch managers for expenses, invoices, and financial updates.
• Consolidate branch-wise reports and maintain accurate financial records.

Vendor Management & Payments

• Handle end-to-end vendor payment cycles — verification, approvals, clearing dues, and reconciliation.
• Maintain updated vendor ledgers and resolve payment queries.
• Ensure timely release of payments while maintaining proper documentation.

Audit & Compliance

• Manage the complete pre-audit and audit process independently.
• Prepare financial statements and required audit data without supervision.
• Coordinate with auditors for smooth and error-free audit completion.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

Daily Accounting & Reporting

• Handle daily bookkeeping, entries, ledgers, reconciliations, and bank statements.
• Prepare MIS reports, expense reports, and branch summaries.
• Maintain proper documentation of invoices, receipts, and vouchers.
• Monitor outstanding payments and follow up with internal teams.

Software & Tools

• Highly proficient in Tally (mandatory)
• Working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Sheets, Reports)
• Familiarity with GST, TDS, and basic statutory compliance

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3–6 years of accounting experience (preferably in events/media/advertising)
• Strong hands-on experience with Tally ERP
• Excellent understanding of accounting principles, reconciliations & vendor management
• Ability to handle multi-branch coordination independently
• Strong audit handling skills—must manage audit data end-to-end
• Good communication, accuracy, and time management
• High level of integrity, responsibility, and work discipline

Work Schedule

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Weekly Off: Sunday

Office Timing: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM (45 min Lunch break)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month
