Key Responsibilities:

  • Accounting & Bookkeeping
  • Maintain accurate financial records in Tally and ensure timely data entry of all transactions.
  • Reconcile bank statements, supplier ledgers, and distributor accounts.
  • Payments & Follow-ups
  • Track receivables and follow up with clients/distributors for payments.
  • Prepare and maintain outstanding reports.
  • Distributor Coordination
  • Coordinate with distributors to file claims, resolve discrepancies, and maintain clear communication.
  • Prepare and issue distributor claim statements monthly.
  • Commissions & Incentives
  • Calculate and record trainer and sales commissions as per defined slabs and incentive structures.
  • Statutory Compliance
  • Prepare and file TDS and GST returns within statutory deadlines.
  • Maintain compliance documentation and support audits as needed.
  • Reporting
  • Assist in monthly P&L, balance sheet, and expense reports.
  • Support management with financial insights and summaries.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
  • Minimum 2–4 years of accounting experience (preferably in FMCG, cosmetics, or distribution-based businesses).
  • Proficiency in Tally ERP, Excel, and basic accounting principles.
  • Knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
  • Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
