We are looking for a talented Tableau Developer to join our Business Intelligence team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining interactive dashboards and reports that support data-driven decision-making. You will work closely with business stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and translate them into effective visualizations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and publish advanced Tableau dashboards, visualizations, and reports.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, understand, and document business requirements.
  • Create and optimize data extracts, calculated fields, parameters, and sets for complex dashboards.
  • Ensure performance tuning of Tableau dashboards and efficient use of data sources.
  • Maintain version control and documentation of Tableau workbooks.
  • Conduct unit testing and resolve bugs/issues in Tableau reports.
  • Integrate Tableau with various data sources including SQL databases, Excel, and cloud platforms.
  • Support data validation and ensure consistency, accuracy, and security of reports.

Required Skills:

  • 2+ years of experience in Tableau Desktop development.
  • Strong experience with Tableau Server/Online for publishing, user access, and maintenance.
  • Proficiency in SQL and relational databases like SQL Server, Oracle, or MySQL.
  • Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts and data modeling.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret large data sets to derive insights.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • Experience with other BI tools (Power BI, QlikView) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with ETL processes and tools is an advantage.
  • Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10, ₹500,000.00 per year
