We're looking for a Curriculum Manager to lead content strategy and development for the Andhra Pradesh State Board (Grades 6–10). If you're passionate about state board education, curriculum alignment, and building high-impact learning experiences

What You'll Do:

  • Own curriculum planning, creation, and execution aligned with AP SCERT guidelines.
  • Lead a team of SMEs across core subjects with a focus on Telugu localization and inclusivity.
  • Build teaching aids, assessments, and digital content aligned with pedagogy and state standards.
  • Collaborate with product, tech, and implementation teams to scale content impact.
  • Use AI tools to streamline workflows and improve delivery efficiency.
  • Drive feedback-based improvements using field data and user insights.

What You Bring:

  • 8+ years in curriculum design, academic leadership, or content development for Andhra Pradesh State Board.
  • Strong understanding of AP SCERT curriculum and pedagogy.
  • Experience managing academic teams and end-to-end content projects.
  • Skilled in EdTech tools, MS Office, data analysis, and AI-assisted content creation.
  • Passion for inclusive education and learner-centered design.
