Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Research Assistant based in Gurugram. The Research Assistant will engage in daily tasks such as conducting research, performing experiments in a laboratory setting, analyzing data, and compiling findings into reports. The role also involves coordinating with team members to support ongoing projects and maintaining accurate records of research activities.

Qualifications

  • Strong Research and Laboratory Skills
  • Proficient in Data Analysis and Analytical Skills
  • Effective Communication skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Biology, Chemistry, Physics, or Engineering
  • Experience in defense or related industries is a plus
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills
