Title: Senior AI Engineer - SLM, RAG & Agent Systems

Salary: upto 100,000 per month, depending on experience and skills

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Working Hours: 5PM to 2AM

Contract Duration: 3 months (with potential extension based on performance, project need)

Location: Remote

JD:

  • Design and implement the core AI architecture, including SLMs, RAG systems, and multi-agent frameworks
  • Fine-tune and optimize open-source models (Llama, Gemma, Phi-3) for business automation use cases
  • Build and scale the memory layer with vector databases and retrieval systems
  • Develop role-based AI agents for automated business workflows
  • Implement privacy-safe learning loops between tenant SLMs and global LLMs
  • Collaborate with backend engineers to deploy and monitor AI systems in production

Screening Parameters:

  • Must show deployed production RAG systems with real users
  • Experience with tool-calling patterns for integration platforms
  • Hands-on SLM fine-tuning experience (not just API usage)
  • Multi-agent system implementation in production
  • Performance optimization and latency management
  • Understanding of how AI agents interact with workflow automation systems

Projects Must Have/Done:

  • Built customer-facing RAG system with vector databases
  • Fine-tuned SLMs (Llama/Anthropic Claude Haiku/Google Gemma/Phi-3) for specific domains
  • Deployed multi-agent systems (CrewAI/AutoGen/LangGraph)
  • Production model serving and monitoring
  • Real-time AI applications with WebSockets/streaming
