We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Reception professional to join our team at SHRI SAI HOSPITALITY. The ideal candidate should have 0-2 years of experience in the hospitality industry.
Roles and Responsibility
- Manage front desk operations, including handling customer inquiries and resolving issues.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive guest experience.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, including guest information and issue resolution.
- Develop and implement effective communication strategies to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives.
Job Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to work effectively with guests and staff.
- Strong problem-solving skills are necessary to handle challenging situations professionally.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Basic knowledge of hospitality software and systems is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail is essential to maintain accuracy and quality in work.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve common goals.
