Role & responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with IT trainers to schedule and manage training sessions.
  • Act as a bridge between trainers and students for seamless communication.
  • Collect and analyze student feedback to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Support students with interview preparation, mock interviews, and guidance.
  • Maintain attendance, progress, and performance records of students.
  • Handle day-to-day operational tasks to ensure smooth delivery of training programs.
  • Collaborate with HR and academic teams to enhance overall training quality.

Preferred candidate profile:

  • Bachelors degree (preferred in Management/IT/related field).
  • 1–2 years of experience in operations/executive roles in IT training or education sector.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to multitask and handle deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and basic reporting.
  • Good interpersonal skills with a student-centric approach.
