Experience : 0 to 1 year
The role involves sending email to patient for appointments, managing follow-up appointment work queues list, generate referrals and faxing the patients' documents.
Key Responsibilities:
Update and maintain the status of patient appointments.Cross-check daily scheduled patients and verify their video consultation links.Complete patient checkouts from the work-queue list.Process and wrap up referrals and prior authorization from the work-queue list.Remove flagged items (red dots) for next-day scheduled patients.Create and verify video links for next-day appointments.Prepare and send new patient emails in a timely manner.Retrieve and faxing the patients' documents.
Requirements:Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Good communication skills (written).Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.Basic knowledge of healthcare processes/EHR systems (preferred but not mandatory).Willingness to work in night shift.
