Job Title: Trainer Painter

Location: Anywhere in Tamil Nadu,

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and skilled Trainer – Painter to deliver hands-on training aligned with industry requirements and NSQF standards. The trainer will be responsible for teaching the theoretical and practical aspects of Mason used in construction projects, ensuring trainees are job-ready upon course completion.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver training sessions as per Painter curriculum.

Develop lesson plans, session plans, and practical demonstrations.

Train students in Painter tools, materials, techniques, and safety procedures.

Conduct periodic assessments to track trainees' progress and identify gaps.

Ensure proper use and maintenance of Painter tools and equipment.

Maintain training records including attendance, performance, and assessment scores.

Promote safety, discipline, and a learning-focused environment in the classroom and workshop.

Provide individual support to trainees where needed.

Prepare trainees for assessments and certification.

Coordinate with project teams for mobilization & assessments

Qualifications and Experience:

Educational Qualification:

Minimum 10th pass with ITI or Diploma in Painter or Civil-related trades.

Higher technical qualifications will be an advantage.

Experience:

Minimum 4 years of industry experience in Painting.

Minimum 2 years of experience in training or instructional roles is preferred.

Key Skills Required:

Expertise in brickwork, blockwork, and stone masonry.

Ability to read and interpret foundation work, lintels, arches, and walls

Knowledge of tools, materials, and safety practices used in Mason.

Good communication skills and ability to train students with varied learning abilities.

Basic computer skills for report writing and record maintenance.

Remuneration:

Commensurate with qualifications and experience, as per industry norms.
