Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Technician to join our team at Camerry Ice Cream. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of production machinery and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of machines.
  • Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, or refrigeration-related issues.
  • Monitor and ensure the efficient functioning of production equipment.
  • Maintain proper records of maintenance activities.
  • Support production and quality teams in equipment-related matters.

Requirements:

  • ITI/Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Refrigeration or related field.
  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in a similar role (preferably in food or dairy industry).
  • Good knowledge of machinery maintenance and safety procedures.
  • Willingness to work in shift operations.
