Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Solar Technician to join our team in Kalamassery. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in solar system installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair solar photovoltaic (PV) systems.
• Conduct site assessments for solar installations.
• Perform regular inspections and preventive maintenance of solar panels and inverters.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues in solar systems.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards during all installation and maintenance activities.
• Support project execution by coordinating with engineers and other technical staff.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Solar Technician or in a related field.
• Knowledge of solar PV systems, inverters, and electrical wiring.
• ITI/Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical/Electronics (preferred).
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel for on-site work when required.
