Key Responsibilities
- Assist managers in documenting, tracking, and monitoring all aspects of various projects.
- Track project activities, timelines, and report progress to leadership periodically.
- Participate in internal communications, ensuring adherence to standard processes and reporting.
- Monitor all project-related communications including emails, meetings, and calls.
- Prepare progress reports for weekly updates and formal leadership reviews, highlighting value delivered to the business.
- Monitor and track operational metrics, identify process improvement opportunities, and drive resolutions to ensure client satisfaction.
- Support operations-led initiatives by developing detailed plans, tracking dependencies and deliverables, and coordinating resources across the organization.
- Draft templates for standard project management tools (project charters, plans, status updates) for wider organizational use.
- Provide consulting support at project onset to ensure proper use of templates and best practices.
- Develop and maintain reporting programs for holistic team performance evaluation, including vendor management, staffing capacity, resource alignment, and revenue vs. cost metrics.
- Manage multiple projects with interdependencies efficiently.
- Understand and comply with organizational policies, regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Apply basic risk management principles and frameworks.
- Support resource allocation, workload balancing, and skills inventory management.
