Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position for an HR Executive, located in Gurgaon. The HR Executive will oversee day-to-day HR operations, support the implementation of HR policies, and ensure compliance with organizational guidelines. Responsibilities include managing employee relations, handling recruitment processes, coordinating training programs, maintaining records, and addressing workplace concerns. The HR Executive will play a critical role in fostering a positive work culture and ensuring smooth HR processes across departments.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Human Resources (HR), including HR Management and HR Operations
  • Experience in implementing HR Policies and managing Employee Relations
  • Proficiency in recruitment, talent acquisition, and employee onboarding processes
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills
  • High attention to detail and the ability to handle sensitive employee data confidentially
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus)
  • Familiarity with employment laws and regulatory frameworks in India
  • Proficiency with HR software and tools is an advantage
