Role & responsibilities

  • Sales & Profitability:Implement strategies to increase sales, set and achieve sales targets, and monitor financial performance to maximize store profitability.
  • Inventory Management:Oversee stock levels, conduct inventory counts, coordinate with suppliers, and manage merchandise to ensure sufficient stock and minimize loss.
  • Customer Service:Ensure exceptional customer service, resolve customer complaints and inquiries, and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Operations & Compliance:Supervise daily store operations, ensure adherence to health and safety regulations, and maintain store cleanliness and visual merchandising standards.
  • Reporting & Analysis:Analyze sales reports and key performance indicators (KPIs), generate financial reports, and present findings to upper management.
