We are looking for a skilled professional with 7 to 12 years of experience to join our team as a Transition Management specialist in Kolkata. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in transition management and excellent analytical skills.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Manage the transition process from one individual or team to another, ensuring seamless execution and minimal disruption.
  • Develop and implement effective transition plans, including identifying key performance indicators and developing metrics to measure success.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication during the transition period.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with the transition, developing contingency plans as necessary.
  • Provide training and support to the new team member or individual, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the transition, making recommendations for improvement.

Job Requirements

  • Strong understanding of transition management principles and practices, with experience in managing complex transitions.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to maintain accurate records and reports.
  • Experience working with stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and trust with colleagues and clients.
