Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the execution and management of projects involving IBMS systems, specifically focusing on CCTV, CFS, and ACS implementations.
  • Liaise with clients, contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Manage schedules, budgets, resources, and documentation for the assigned projects.
  • Conduct site inspections and quality checks for installed systems.
  • Ensure adherence to safety guidelines and compliance requirements.
  • Prepare project status reports and maintain updated records.
  • Resolve technical and operational challenges promptly.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree/diploma in Engineering (Electrical/Electronics/IT or related field).
  • Minimum 5 years' project management experience in IBMS (Integrated Building Management System) background, with hands-on execution of CCTV, CFS (Critical Facility Systems), ACS (Access Control Systems).
  • Good knowledge of project planning, resource allocation, and implementation processes.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Experience working on large-scale infrastructure or facility management projects is preferred.
